Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Once it starts boiling, add salt, then gently drop in the frozen khinkali. Stir carefully a few times at the beginning to prevent the dumplings from sticking together.
Watch for when the water returns to a boil, then set a timer and reduce the heat. After the water starts boiling again, cook for 12-13 minutes.
